Register Office Facility

All UK companies are required to have a registered office.

This is not the same thing as a trading address, although a company can use its own trading address as its registered office, and many do.

However, since the registered office is where Companies House send official correspondence, and where Revenue & Customs send corporation tax notices, most of our client companies choose to have their registered office with us.

We do not charge our clients for providing a registered office facility.

For more information, or to arrange a free initial meeting, please email us or call us on 020 8458 7427.

Please note:

The free registered office facility is only available to clients of Glazers. We do not offer a trading address or postal address facility.
