Training

At Glazers, we believe in recruiting bright and enthusiastic people to our team, so that we can give our clients the highest quality of service. We also recognise that to help our staff reach their full potential, continuous training and development are crucial.

We are approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) for ACA training, and by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for ACCA training.

We also offer our staff training towards qualification with:

the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CTA)

the Association of Tax Technicians (ATT)

the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT)

Whichever training route is best for you, you will receive both formal, structured training towards your examinations, which may include block release courses, as well as on the job training, giving you real, hands-on experience while working alongside and learning from qualified colleagues. We will also provide financial support for course fees, study leave and course packs.

We understand that training does not end with qualification, so we support our staff in further developing their skills and knowledge by providing quarterly internal audit and accounting courses and regular tax courses through Mercia, one of the UK’s largest providers of training to accountants, and external courses focusing on topics specific to individual job roles, including quarterly tax updates provided by the award-winning training provider SWAT UK.

We advertise our vacancies on the Current Vacancies page of this site and while we cannot guarantee employment opportunities, we are always interested in receiving enquiries from potential new team members, whether you are ready to start your accountancy training, are part-trained or fully qualified. Please email your CV to our Staff Partner Philippe Herszaft.
