Glazers Chartered Accountants, a leading firm in North West London, has been shortlisted for the Service Charge Accountancy Firm of the Year award at the ACE Awards 2025.
Hosted by The Property Institute (TPI) and open to its members, affiliates, and partners, the prestigious ACE Awards celebrate excellence and outstanding achievements in the property management sector.
TPI is the leading professional body for residential managing agents in England & Wales, which promotes high standards of leasehold management and professionalism.
The Service Charge Accountancy Firm of the Year award is open to TPI Partner firms that specialise in providing services related to service charge accounting for leasehold property management. The award recognises practices that have shown operational excellence and assisted TPI members with their complex requirements over the last 12 months.
The awards will be hosted at the Old Billingsgate in London on Friday 20 June, where guests will be encouraged to dress up for the “80s Disco Glam” theme of the evening.
Set against the magnificent backdrop of the River Thames, the very best of the property industry will enjoy dinner, drinks, and live entertainment as they celebrate the year’s successes.
Glazers specialises in looking after managing agents and their clients, having amassed years of experience in dealing with the preparation and certification of service charge accounts for many hundreds of properties in London and further afield.
