Glazers’ Partner recognised among the UK’s Top 35 Accountants Under 35

Glazers is celebrating after Ben Allen, one of the North London firm’s esteemed partners, has been honoured as one of the UK’s top 35 accountants under the age of 35.

Ben has been added to this year’s prestigious Accountancy Age’s 35 under 35 list in recognition of his significant achievements and his dynamic impact on the accounting industry.

Since joining Glazers, Ben has rapidly ascended to partnership, marking him as one of the youngest partners in the firm’s history.

His leadership roles span across various strategic and operational capacities including spearheading the development of Glazers’ outsourcing functions and enhancing operational efficiencies throughout the firm.

His innovative approach has significantly bolstered Glazers’ brand presence online, particularly through his Thought Leadership posts on LinkedIn, which regularly attract upwards of 200,000 views.

In his role as HR Partner, Ben has also overhauled HR strategies, placing a strong emphasis on professional development which has been pivotal for fostering a culture of success and mentorship within Glazers.

“Ben Allen is a testament to what the future of accounting looks like. His profound dedication, innovative strategies, and leadership have not only propelled our firm’s growth but have also set a new benchmark for professional excellence within the industry,” said Paras Shah, one of Ben’s fellow Partners at Glazers.
