Glazers partner named among UK’s top 35 accountants under 35 for second time

Glazers is celebrating after Ben Allen, one of the North London firm’s Partners, has been named among the UK’s top 35 accountants under the age of 35 for the second year running.

Ben has been included in this year’s Accountancy Age 35 under 35 list, recognising his continued impact on the accounting profession and his contribution to Glazers’ growth.

Since becoming one of the youngest Partners in Glazers’ history, Ben has driven fee income and client volume growth of more than 15 per cent, built on a selective approach to winning new clients that favours long-term retention over short-term churn.

He has also introduced AI tools into the firm’s tax and compliance workflows, removing repetitive manual administration and protecting operating margins while freeing up capacity for advisory work.

Ben’s profile beyond Glazers continues to grow too, as his regular digital commentary on tax and SME growth now reaches thousands of readers.

“Ben’s recognition for a second consecutive year says everything about the standard he holds himself to,” said Paras Shah, one of Ben’s fellow Partners at Glazers.

“He continues to push the firm forward, whether that’s through client growth, smarter use of technology or the way he represents Glazers publicly.”

Ben’s repeat listing in the 35 under 35 reflects his sustained contribution to the profession and to the firm’s development and follows his first inclusion on the list in 2024.
