We are delighted to announce that we have once again been shortlisted for the Service Charge Accountancy Firm of the Year award at the ACE Awards 2026.
The ACE Awards, organised by The Property Institute, celebrate excellence and outstanding achievement across the property management sector.
The annual event recognises the firms and individuals that have raised the bar for their clients and the wider industry over the past twelve months.
The Service Charge Accountancy Firm of the Year award is open to partner firms that specialise in providing services related to service charge accounting for leasehold property management.
It recognises practices that have demonstrated operational excellence and supported their clients with complex requirements throughout the year.
This is the fourth consecutive year that we have been shortlisted for the award, having reached the finals in 2023, 2024 and 2025 and having won the trophy in 2023.
Our team specialises in supporting managing agents and their clients and have decades of experience in the preparation and certification of service charge accounts for a wide range of properties across London and beyond.
Our firm’s managed portfolio has grown to between 800 and 900 properties across the UK, supporting managing agents handling portfolios that range from £750,000 to more than £15 million in value.
Sanjay Solanki, our Partner at Glazers, said: “To be shortlisted four years in a row is a real honour and a reflection of the hard work and dedication of everyone in our team.
“Service charge accountancy is a specialist discipline and our clients depend on us to deliver accurate, timely and genuinely useful support throughout the year – not just at the point of filing. Being recognised by the industry in this way means a great deal to us.
“We won the award in 2023 and each year since we have continued to invest in our people, our systems and our client relationships,” added Sanjay.
“We are proud of the progress we have made and we look forward to celebrating with the wider industry at the awards ceremony later this year.”
As well as service charge accounts, we support clients in the property industry with company administration, business planning, corporate finance, tax compliance and a range of specialist financial services.
