New on the Glazers Web Site - Intestacy Rules Flowchart
 |
We have a new addition to the online tools on the Glazers website …. A flowchart showing the laws of intestacy. It explains where someone's money goes if they die without a valid Will.
We urge you to check that your Will is up-to-date. If your Will is not up to date or you have any queries regarding this matter please contact us for an estate and inheritance tax planning session.
Please be aware that marriage and divorce invalidate a Will made previously, so it is important to revisit your estate and IHT planning if your marital status is changing or has changed.

The Intestacy Rules Flowchart can also be found in our website under Online Tools. |
