has announced an increase in the amount of the statutory legacy
on intestacy. The statutory legacy is the amount which an individual

| Changes To Rights During Maternity Leave |
There is a government initiative to encourage businesses
to make a difference and get involved with community activities
across the country. Small community groups with annual income
below £20,000 are eligible under the Grassroots Grants
scheme to receive grants of between £250 and £5,000.
The government has set aside £50 million from the fund
of £130 million to match any investments from businesses.

| Mandatory Company Trading Disclosures |
From 1 October 2008, new rules are in place to
unify and replace the various regulations setting out the trading
disclosures that incorporated companies must make to show their
