Financial Services Administration Manager
An excellent career opportunity has arisen within our in-house financial services division, Re - Financial Planning.
At Re – Financial Planning, we believe in delivering a first class service to our clients. That means we try and demystify financial planning and deal with their enquiries in a timely, efficient and friendly way. You'll be maintaining and developing the support, administration and compliance functions of our financial practice. We use Adviser Office from 1st Software for CRM and commission reconciliation. You’ll be working alongside our two advisers and paraplanner, dealing with financial companies and helping clients with enquiries.
You need to be a focused, proactive self-starter, “hands on” and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Provide the first point of contact for clients.
- Record and report on WIP and Debtor figures internally.
- Liaise with financial companies to ensure that: we obtain accurate data, instructions are carried out correctly, reasonable timescales are maintained
- Work alongside advisers and paraplanners to provide help achieve client objectives.
- Manage our compliance functions to ensure that we maintain our excellent compliance rating.
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- Experience of working in administration for a Financial Planning Company and an understanding of FSA requirements with regard to TFC.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and Adviser Office, 1st Software.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent I.T. skills – Microsoft office.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
